A coin naming a redditor does not imply endorsement. Upvote controls the redirect and payout wallets and holds fee balances pending claims; it does not control users’ personal wallets. Provider outages, network failures, immutable fee locks, and unrecoverable wallet errors can delay or prevent transactions. UPVOTE buybacks and burns consume only their recorded ledger allocation.
